The location was the best. Just near the Stephansdom. Although the room was small (16m^2), the bed was large (a double bed for a single room) and very comfortable. The staff was all friendly. Considering the size of the room, it was soundproofed sufficiently. Housekeeping was efficient; they never put off their work till afternoon.

The location could not be better--close to the restaurants, cafe, tourist spots. I did not take any public transportation during my stay. I walked to everywhere except to the airport. The staff at the reception were always helpful and friendly. I asked twice to print tickets, and they quickly responded. The single room had enough space for one person. The bath room was big enough. The building, reception area, and room were a bit old fashion, but I found it charming and liked it. That was exactly what I wanted for my stay in Vienna.

There was no Car Parking directly by hotel the car parking was far 10 minutes with car and it was not free as they mentioned in the Booking i sepend 35€ per day for car parking

Very close to Stephansplatz station and main sites of central Vienna. Good Italian restaurant at the hotel, and a popular local bar serving traditional Austrian food opposite. Friendly 24 hour reception. Pleasant room.
